Sprint Intervals

Angus Haines

Sprintervals are short, technical courses with connected starts and finishes scattered across a map. This enables quick and challenging navigation with a break between each interval.

This exercise is extremely adaptive and can be moulded to suit almost any demographic at any difficulty level.
